BJJguide.com is developed by Antti Akonniemi and Kimmo Nurmisto - two BJJ practitioners from Helsinki Finland. Antti is a purple belt training in Takado (Alliance) and Kimmo a blue belt training in BJJcenter (Alliance). The original idea behind the service came from the need to have notes to your favorite techniques easily accessible in centralized place. In the development process notes grew in to multimedia content and the techniques in to a part of a bigger picture - a crowdsourced technique library!
