Here is an option of a low impact take down for the OG's (old guys) that don't have the speed they need for a quick shot or suffer from back problems.The key here is keeping tight.Remember that not all wrestling is applicable to bjj or submission grappling and vice versa. There is a time a place for everything and all moves require PRACTICE and DRILLING.There are counters for every move in wrestling and jiu jitsu as well.
